Britain to improve healthcare in Kerala and Tamil Nadu

As part of its plans to partner with India in improving healthcare of the country, Britain is in talks with Kerala and Tamil Nadu governments to improve healthcare in these states.

Britain has expertise in the field of healthcare and it intended to partner with India to help the masses, so as to reduce the responsibility of state-run general hospitals.

In the case of Tamil Nadu, talks are at an early stage with the state government; whereas, in Kerala, advanced stages of talks with the government are already in place.
