Thyagaraja Festival 2016 at Birmingham

Thyagaraja Festival Birmingham is a celebration of South Indian Classical music and dance and preserving the rich Indian tradition and culture in the West Midlands.

This is a nation wide music festival hosted by Shruthi UK in the West Midlands. It is also celebrated annually around world at different times of the year to pay tribute to the great Singing Saint and composer, Thyagaraja, one of the trinities of South Indian Classical music (Carnatic music).

The event is on the 12th of March, at the Dorridge Village Hall in Solihull from 11 am to 4.00pm and is attended by distinguished dignitaries from all across the country.
